Facebook groups, there are many facebook groups where you can publish your articles to them. Generally it's very easy to get accepted. 2nd publications, i generally target publications with medium/low amounts of followers. That way its easier to get accepted. I am not rich by any means from making articles, but i noticed doing these things helped me drastically. Hope this helps! :)
